Lead Magnet
A bait product is a product or service that we offer, usually at a discount or free of charge, to kick-start our sales process. The most typical form is the e-book, which offers something of value to the user and for which they are willing to give, for example, their email address in exchange for purchasing it. This is the first step in our sales funnel, because with the email address we can start communicating and mapping the interest of our leads to achieve a conversion.
