Here's what a typical business performance analysis program looks like

  1. Audit - we quantify your business processes and set up a measurement system. Not only do we integrate data from internal systems into this system, but we also feed in metrics from all online (and even offline) communication channels!
  2. Defining KPIs - We structure the data, define the objectives and how to measure them. To do this, we implement digital integration of different systems to ensure that all the information comes together at a single point. When defining the KPIs, we carry out preliminary assessments and calculations to ensure that these indicators provide a useful picture of the state of the system.
  3. Measurement plan, data sources - we organise the data sources: we extract a raw data sample, structure the data, then design the report (based on the previous KPI points) and its visualisation. The prepared background data structure is then used to define the update points and the options for automatic and manual updates. We can take into account a wide repertoire of data sources, including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads , Facebook, Instagram, Hotjar, SEMrursh, physical sensors, ERP systems, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, competitor analysis software.
  4. Implementation - we implement and test the developed measurement plan. Depending on the implemented tools and final data sources, we propose an optimal data visualisation tool - we work with a number of visualisation systems, in our opinion there is no one best choice, the situation always determines which is the most optimal system.
  5. Visualisation - this is the final statement itself, where the client can track the evolution of their performance. This goes beyond the simple PDF format and provides an interactive solution (using data filters to update the statement accordingly). The format of this depends on the data sources, we use Google Data Studio, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
  6. Manual data updates required - weekly or monthly: in order to keep the visual report up to date, the frequency of manual data updates needs to be defined - this can be daily, weekly or even monthly.
  7. Business insights - data processing and reporting has evolved into a separate discipline. We translate the information into action plans, producing a summary report at regular intervals. In most cases, we provide this service as a grant in the first year of working with our partners.
