DM (Direct Mail)

As part of direct marketing, we send direct emails, i.e. personalised letters. Why is it useful to communicate this way? Because we can maintain a much more direct relationship with our prospects, or even with our existing customers, and keep it that way in the long term. How do we make this contact direct? The data helps us to send content that the person has previously expressed an interest in, such as opening or clicking on an email.
